The following includes information on the multi-step process of participating with our charity team:

1 - Bib Reservation Payment - To secure a bib in the Scott Carter Foundation's allotment for an event during the race season, runners must go to our bib reservation payment page below to reserve a bib. All bib reservation payments are non-refundable. Bib reservation payments are separate payments from fundraising. Please see below for fundraising requirements. SCF forwards bib payments directly to runDisney once received. Bib reservation payment is not registration. Please see below for registration details.

2 - Fundraising Requirements for the 2026-2027 Race Season are as follows:

Fundraising is separate from bib reservation payments. While the bib reservation payment goes directly to runDisney for the cost of the bib, fundraising is how we are able to serve our mission. Our runners have two options for fundraising. You may setup a fundraising page within our team website and solicit donations from family and friends. If you choose this option, your fundraising minimum is $500 and is due 30 days before your event to be eligible to participate. Your individual fundraising page is our way of tracking your donations back to you. Any donations made on our home page will not be accepted. Your second option is the up front option. If you would like to pay for your fundraising up front when you pay for your bib, your fundraising minimum is discounted to $300 per bib. This option will be available when you submit payment for your bibs. Making the fundraising payment does not guarantee you bibs. You must also purchase an available bib. All fundraising is non-refundable.

3 - Official Charity Registration - Bib reservation payment is not registration. runDisney will send SCF a charity registration link to send to our runners. SCF runners must complete registration by the runDisney deadline to be eligible to participate in the event. If any runner does not complete registration by the deadline, they forfeit their bib, bib fees and all fundraising raised.

4 - Race Weekend / Bib Pick-up - All charity runners must attend the expo to check-in and pick up bibs. All runners must be in good standing with SCF or runDisney will not release bibs. For full weekend information and requirements of all runners, see rundisney.com.
