The following includes information on the multi-step process of participating with our charity team:

1 - Bib Payment - To secure a bib in the Scott Carter Foundation's allotment for an event during the race season, runners must go to our bib payment page below. All bib payments are non-refundable.

​

2 - Fundraising Requirements for the 2026-2027 Race Season are as follows:

 

UP FRONT Fundraising – If you would like to pay for your fundraising when you pay for your bib, your fundraising minimum is discounted to $300 per bib. You do not have to be a repeat runner to take advantage of this discounted fundraising minimum. This option will be available on when you submit payment for your bibs.

All runners not participating in the up front fundraising option, must create a fundraising page within our team fundraising website. Runners must have in individual page for us to track donations. Team fundraising page details will be sent to the runner after bib payments are received. Fundraising requirement minimums for runners creating fundraising pages are as follows:

REPEAT Runners – If you’ve participated in an event with SCF in the past and are not paying for fundraising up front, your fundraising minimum is $400 per bib. All fundraising requirements are due 30 days before your event to be eligible to participate. 

​

NEW Runners – If this is your first time running with SCF and you are not paying for fundraising up front, your fundraising minimum is $500 per bib. All fundraising requirements are due 30 days before your event to be eligible to participate.

3 - Official Charity Registration - Bib payment is not registration. runDisney will send SCF a charity registration link to send to our runners. SCF runners must complete registration by the runDisney deadline to be able to participate in the event. If any runner does not complete registration by the deadline, they forfeit their bib, bib fees and all fundraising raised.

​

4 - Race Weekend / Bib Pick-up - All charity runners must attend the expo to check-in and pick up bibs. All runners must be in good standing with SCF or runDisney will not release bibs. For full weekend information and requirements of all runners, see rundisney.com.
